Final 2012 Election Polls Give Obama a 91.6% Chance of Victory
The latest – and probably final polling numbers for the 2012 Presidential election were released Monday and they paint a grim picture for Mitt Romney. There never was an easy path to victory for the GOP and Romney’s failure to define himself as a candidate, to lay out detailed plans as to what he would do if actually elected and the secrecy surrounding his business dealings and tax returns didn’t help. Neither did he frequent gaffes, notably the “47% remarks” (though those were made at a private dinner and probably wasn’t really a gaffe at all).
Nate Silver over at FiveThirtyEight calculates that President Obama now has a 91.6% chance of winning the 2012 election. Check out all the details over at FiveThirtyEight.
